Ebola is a serious viral infection and medical science worldwide has no answer. As much as the media spreads fear, we have to remind ourselves that panic and fear are the worst advisers.
Where did this outbreak occur?
Peter Piot, who discovered the Ebola virus, pointed out that many of the West African states suffered decades through civil wars, starvation, polluted water, rare to non-medical service, and disastrous hygiene-including high rates of venereal diseases. Collectively, these threats suppress the immune system. We learned from Tuberculosis, which always flairs up during war time and starvation. Microbes need a favorable terrain to grow. Based on this understanding some German researchers stated that we would only see a limited outbreak in western countries. Because there is no current medicine available, a strong immune system is the answer.
What is our best defense against Ebola?
I suggest we remain level headed and ask our patients to do the same. Let’s remind them of the following:
- As in the cases of, BIRD FLU, SWINE FLU, SARS, etc., there is no specific cure for EBOLA currently available.
- A strong immune system and clean internal/external environments are key to prevention of any disease.
- Proper nutrition is a must! Patients should regularly consume fresh fruits, vegetables, and low sugar foods, exercise regularly, reduce daily stress and get sufficient rest. They should also avoid immune system destroyers such as foods high in saturated fats, GMOs, refined sugar, and refined flour products.
I encourage you to regularly use immune boosting remedies with decades of proven track records for effectiveness such as:
LYMPHONEST, MYCOSURGE LIPOSOME LIQUID, MALUNGAY, PEPPERMINT DROPS, HYDRASTIS NASAL SPRAY, ECHINACEA TABLETS, COLOSTRUM CAPSULES, MARCOZYME….
